Shipping Policy

Free UK delivery on every order We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Delivery times Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and arrive within 8 days of being placed. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Delays Occasionally, carriers experience delays outside our control, especially around Christmas and bank holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 8 days, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we'll look into it straight away.

Lost parcels If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Wrong address Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
