  2. These terms These terms apply to every order you place on this website. By placing an order, you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the website when you order is the one that applies to your order.
  3. Who can order We sell to consumers aged 18 or over with a delivery address in Australia.
  4. Your order When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming it. If we can't fulfil your order (for example, if an item is unavailable or there's an obvious pricing error), we'll tell you and refund you in full.
  5. Prices and payment Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are the total you pay, including free delivery. Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure checkout.

  7. Returns and refunds Our Refund Policy explains our 14-day change-of-mind guarantee and what to do if a product is faulty.
  8. Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
  9. Using the product safely
  • The diffuser contains a rechargeable battery. Charge it with a standard USB-C cable and don't leave it in direct sunlight on the dashboard or in a hot, parked car.
  • Fragrance oils are not for drinking or for use on skin. Keep them and the diffuser away from children and pets, and away from heat and open flames.
  • Don't let the diffuser block your view or interfere with your vehicle's controls or airbags.
  • Results such as how long a bottle lasts depend on the strength setting and how often you drive.
  1. Our liability To the extent permitted by law, we're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
  2. Events outside our control We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If that happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible.
  3. Website content All text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without our permission.
  4. Your personal data We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy Policy.
